Nos objectifs de recherche sont notamment : l’étude des mécanismes intervenant dans la perte protéique corporelle postopératoire en vue d’évaluer les stratégies d’anesthésie, de nutrition et de pharmacologie permettant d’atténuer la réaction catabolique lors d’une intervention de chirurgie abdominale majeure; l’étude du métabolisme du glucose et de l’insulinothérapie chez les patients qui subissent une intervention de chirurgie cardiaque.Catabolisme en chirurgie, anesthésie loco-régionale, métabolisme du glucose et des protéines, nutrition périopératoire
